We understand that purchasing online can be tricky when you can't try on pieces before you buy and will do our best to give accurate fit and styling descriptions for each style. Please take the time to use our measurements chart to select the best size for yourself.
For ONLINE purchase returns only
We hope you love your purchase but understand you may want to return it for various reasons. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be received within 14 days of the return being accepted via email. We accept no responsibility for the costs incurred in returning items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns can be made in person by making an appointment to visit the Fremantle Studio. The same time frame for returns via post also apply.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items. Please choose carefully.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can arrange a time to visit the Fremantle studio and make the exchange in person.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For STUDIO Purchases only
Items purchased directly from the studio can be returned for store credit or exchange. We do not give a refund on a change of mind. If an item is faulty, we reserve the right to rectify the issue before giving a refund. If the item is irreparable an exchange or refund will be offered.
No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items. Sale items are sold 'as is' and cannot be returned for repairs, refunds or exchanges.
